Harlan Taylor has been working above and beyond for a long time. He went from starting out with Arrow NYC as a Dispatcher to being the Ops Manager for the Covid Testing Sites during the pandemic. He then was setup to learn how to be a recruiter for NYC and he assisted with inputting New Hires into Valiant and updating their credentials within that system, all the while handing out uniforms for all New Hires.

Jessica Kelly goes above and beyond in everything she does. Jess has a diverse role with Arrow Security; her responsibilities range from working on complex proposals to selling clients on the benefits of partnering with Arrow.
