MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION

All Healthcare and Hospital clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who can provide 24/7/365 support to our partners. Each Account Manager is supported by a Local Regional Office and Arrow’s proven Quality Assurance Program. A key element of our QA Program is our Field Inspectors / Supervisors. Field Inspectors / Supervisors conduct random and unannounced site inspections of Officers on duty to ensure they perform at peak levels and meet our customer’s expectations. We communicate regularly with our clients and act with a sense of urgency to correct problems and put solutions in place to ensure they don’t happen again. We are focused on the continuous improvement of your security and safety program.
