All clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who is available to provide 24 / 7 / 365 support to our partners. Each Account Manager is supported by a Local Regional Office and Arrow’s proven Quality Assurance Program. A key element of our QA Program is our Field Inspectors / Supervisors. Field Inspectors / Supervisors conduct random and unannounced site inspections of Officers on duty to ensure they perform at peak levels and meet our customer’s expectations. We have created programs to ensure that Officers remain alert and attentive during off hours and weekends so they can focus on the task at hand. We communicate regularly with our clients and act with a sense of urgency to correct problems and put solutions in place to ensure they don’t happen again.
