3 Takeaways from This Year’s ISC West 2025 Conference

Arrow COO Craig Schwab and Boxing Legend Gerry Cooney

ISC West offers the opportunity to discover the latest technologies and connect with thousands of security and public safety professionals.

This year’s show was attended by over 35,000 security professionals, with over 110 educational sessions, keynote speakers, demonstrations, networking events and training opportunities. In addition, more than 750 exhibitors showcased the latest and greatest in AI, cybersecurity, digital surveillance, robotics, smart solutions and access control solutions.

Beyond the opportunity to connect with industry colleagues live and in person as such a venue, our key takeaways below will indeed influence our approach to providing the best safety & security programs to our clients in the coming year.

  1. Tech augmenting physical security officers: Body cams, operational technology, and state-of-the-art training platforms were prevalent on the conference exhibitor floors. Biometrics platforms continue to rise in numbers, and we’re proud to say that our current protocols align with industry standards.
  2. Access controls was the surprise product category: There were over 260 access control vendors at this year’s event. In addition, over 120 detection controls/devices companies were on display showcasing the latest technology for building and property facilities large and small.
  3. Diversity is not forgotten in the security industry. Nearly a hundred minority-, women-, disabled- and veteran-owned-security businesses were in attendance this year, sharply higher than last year’s event. More and more clients are working with these smaller companies and ISC 2025 has given us a tremendous opportunity to network with many of these remarkable companies.

While Arrow is a privately held, for-profit company, we value the opportunity to collaborate with strategic physical security & investigative service partners across the country; especially those which align with our core values and mission-oriented business preferences.
