Michael Mullady
A seasoned security professional with 15+ years of private security industry experience and a military and law enforcement background. Michael is recognized as a subject matter expert in developing and implementing security strategies, providing a safe and secure work environment, and managing workplace violence programs nationally. He has extensive experience conducting threat and risk assessments, implementing countermeasure solutions, and collaborating with executive management teams to align unique business requirements and deliverables.

Todd Jackson
Todd hails from Madison Square Garden where he was the Chief of Staff (Threat Management) and Vice President of Investigations and Security Intelligence. Prior to his time on MSG’s corporate side, Todd was the Senior Director of Security for the NY Knicks and NY Rangers where he oversaw team travel security, gameday security, all player events and physical security for the sports training center. His background includes time with the US Marshals service and Federal Bureau of Prisons. Todd leads the Arrow Elite team with extensive experience as a security professional with a skillset that includes threat assessments, investigations, event security, executive protection and has a robust background in the sports security world.
Peter Curcio
Rock-solid operations are the foundation for exceptional service. In his prior career, Peter managed the entire NYC prison system. Today, he oversees our day-to-day administrative functions, manages internal affairs and works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure that every partner receives the service they have come to expect of Arrow Security.

Darren Claphan
Darren Claphan is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in the security industry across both private and public sectors. As the Chief Strategy Officer for Arrow Security, he drives strategic growth initiatives and ensures the alignment of security solutions with client needs. Mr. Claphan’s expertise is grounded in his extensive background, including leadership roles in national security operations and his service as a United States Marine Corps Scout Sniper Team Leader.
