All Education clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who is available to provide 24/7/365 support to our partners. Each Account Manager is supported by a Local Regional Office and Arrow’s proven Quality Assurance Program. A key element of our QA Program are our Field Inspectors/Supervisors. Field Inspectors/Supervisors conduct random and unannounced site inspections of Officers on duty to ensure they are performing at peak levels and living up to our customers’ expectations.
