• Regarding armed vs unarmed Officers, we present at community & board meetings, and it really comes down to their choice; we never push a view. Every district is unique
• At Arrow, we only seek to hire retired law enforcement for armed service
• We match the Officer to the cultural and community needs of each district, and each Officer has specific skills to fit the specific K-12 grade
• One of the key benefits of working with a company like Arrow is the matter of hiring caps: we are not subject to the same state pension pay caps as municipalities
• About 95% of Arrow’s Operations team are retired law enforcement
