How to Survive and Thrive: Podcast with CEO A.J. Caro 

Arrow Security CEO A.J. Caro recently sat with One Golden Nugget – a storytelling content platform that allows folks to share insights in their own words and voice. 

In this 4-minute podcast, A.J. tells a heartfelt story about a recent retirement celebration and his fond experience working with this client. The gentleman was a client who came to Arrow from an acquired business, first having started working at a large school district as a security guard, rose through the ranks and eventually led security and facilities management. 

Mutual respect and superior service are why he remained a client of Arrow for over 30 years, up until his retirement this year. 

At age 85, this individual was celebrated by hundreds of friends, colleagues, and of course, Mr. Caro, who recalls this person’s “unintentionally” strong, yet compassionate, character that was predicated on building people up, loyalty, and trust.
