Security Officer Training
Our shelter Officers are FEMA Active Shooter Certified, and all Officers working in NYC shelters take the mandatory Homeless Services
40-hour Security Guard training course. In addition, our Arrow Academy training program offers 200+ courses, including training specifically for this segment:
de-escalation techniques, dealing with mentally ill people, defusing conflict & crisis, just to name a few.

Clients are assigned an Account Manager who is available 24/7/365 for support. We also utilize advanced technology to enhance your security program. This includes geofencing to ensure accurate Officer check in/out, which is tied directly to our payroll and billing software; so monitoring/payroll for our Officers and invoicing to our clients are accurate!
